Meals on Wheels
The Sertoma Club of Summerville contributes to and assists the Meals On Wheels Program which is the oldest and largest organization in the United States representing those who provide meal services to people in need.

APEX Evening School Program
More and more, students are forced to work during the day to take care of siblings or other family members due to circumstances beyond their control.  The APEX Program affords these students the opportunity to continue earning credits outside the normal school day by assisting with costs and providing them hope as well as incentives to finish school.

Sertoma of Summerville currently donates to area schools to support this program, and is currently working on additional scholarship programs to help those that complete the program.

Camp SERTOMA (for the hearing and speech impaired children)
On December 7, 1974, the Sertoma clubs of South Carolina, in joint Session at a meeting in Clemson, South Carolina, unanimously voted to adopt Camp Sertoma as their state wide sponsorship. They committed themselves to raise $100,000.00 toward the construction of a sub camp to be located at the Clemson University Outdoor Laboratory. The facility is owned, maintained and operated by Clemson University and its Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management. The Sertoma Clubs of South Carolina  have access to the facilities on a scheduled basis. Each club sends a number of children to the camp for a week of fun and outdoor learning.

SERTOMA Youth Football, Cheerleading, & Mentoring
The youth football and award winning cheerleading programs strive to provide a positive growth and athletic experience for the children of our community.  We have recently expanded our program to include the upper Dorchester region, giving the youth in that area more options to learn and grow.  We mentor, teach, and support over 1000 athletes per year through out athletics programs.

Holiday Food Drives
