Summerville Sertoma Youth Football Registration

The football program at the Sertoma Club of Summerville continues to grow with leaps and bounds, and we are continuing to work hard to improve our systems and processes.

2010 Registration is CLOSED!!!

Fees this year will be $75 (Includes Team Jersey and Helmet Decals)

The following will still be mandatory for final registration:

What to Bring:

Player MUST be present to register
Birth certificate or military ID
Medical insurance information
Check, cash or receipt of payment

Basic Process:

Complete Registration Form.
Weigh-in and obtain official weight and signature.
Pay registration fee and obtain signature.
Read and sign all appropriate agreements and forms.
